I've got about five minutes until dinner is done. I know I made way too much so there will be leftovers for tomorrow possibly. Unless Harley just makes a super adorable face and gets it.
I was going to watch a movie, but I can't really focus and I'm not really watching it anyway, so I put the Jeff Foxworthy show in. Itll be sufficient background noise while I mylot and do other stuff.
I am determined to stay up till at least midnight tonight. So I can sleep in tomorrow and hopefully not wake up in the middle night.

A kind of chicken and tater tot bake. Shredded chicken, tater tots, cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheese.

I just got my toaster oven by mail and cannot wait to try it. I know I am going to become the leftover queen but I figure I can make bigger meals and then freeze them so I will always have something on hand.

@thislittlepennyearns nope and I have already started cooking in my toaster oven. It is just right for me and fits casserole dishes nicely.
