Traveling has never been accessible than this age of information and globalization. The Philippines has more than 7,000 islands with gorgeous beaches, culture, delicious food and many more. Have you been to the Philippines either for business or leisure? What did you like about Philippines?

I am from the Philippines and it's been five years since I visited my family. Maybe next year I will be able to visit them with my husband. I love that my family is there, I also love the weather and the lower cost of living.

@yoalldudes Neither lol! Just because I can no longer take the humidity in the Philippines. I would, however say that I like the weather in the West Coast. They don't have snow but still have the different seasons.

@Raine38 West Coast sounds nice. I plan on moving to Baguio, Philippines because of the cool weather there.

Do you prefer the sunny/rainy weather in the Philippines over the 4 seasons in the US? The dollar would definitely go a long way if spent here in Philippines

Although I have also been in this country my whole life, I have not totally explored the rest of the country myself. I've been to some but not all of the 7000 islands. It is so fragmented that it is difficult to be in one place and another. You need a lot of travelling to go to places. But I know this country has many hidden places that are really nice still.

I'm living on the Philippines right now, This country is good and there are lots of beautiful places that we can go, but it requires lots of money to travel around the Philippines, the only thing that I noticed on our country is that our internet is so slow especially if it's raining! There are also area's that has no enough electricity like provinces they always have a time clock for electricity. People in the Philippines are friendly and there are lots of delicious foods!

We get a lot of electrical disruptions as well. Solar panels may help our problems.

@yoalldudes Yeah solar panels getting popular nowadays since it's smoke-free, no need for fuel and environment-friendly! But the problem is that you need big solar panels just to run a computer, I have a solar panel but it can only power up a 1 bulb haha!

@tech40 I used to have that same bulb I guess that I use during brownouts after a storm. But I believe I will need it if I plan to work from home.
