Are u expressive when it comes to ur feeling ?

The fear of getting broken again hits me. Before I was so expressive of my feelings towards someone but all of a sudden it all changed maybe becoz of the lessons learnedfrom the past . now, i prefer to hid my feelings towards someone. Everything has changed.
How about u, Mylotters? Are u expressive of your feelings?

To some extent yes. But i still need to be more expressive when it comes to feelings

yes I am, specially to my kids, I want to be as open as I can so that even the smallest issue can be corrected and solved right away.

@Lumartz yup, because before I always keep my emotion and my ideas to myself which is not good. because just with one snap you can explode and can no longer contain what you have kept all those time.

@Friendlypink True it`s better to express feelings from time to time. It is very dangerous if ur feelings will just unexpectedly explode .
