Hopeless roads

I cannot describe the condition of roads in my state. Any word that describes anything worse than horrible is the true term for them. Especially during the rainy season when the deep holes get overfilled with water. I don't know how and when will this improve.
And when it comes to collectind toll tax, they are always increasing the price.

I can imagine the roads of Delhi in the rainy season. It goes in the worst condition with blocked water at many places.

Toll taxes are bigger every year. And here I don´t see that the roads are cared for in a good way either.
