Lately I've been doing more than standing. Yesterday I walked 15 feet . I'm dressing myself by using tools like my reacher and my sock aid. I pivot from the wheelchair to the bed. I'm hoping I'll be walking without assistance by December. It might be roo much to hope for but I'm hoping anyway.

Thank you. I am doing my best. I just did a shower transfer and took a good shower. I've been having to have bed baths. So I'm doing better.

Yes. We must believe we can do something or we will never improve. If I believe I will never walk then I won't. Not so for me. I'm going to walk.
