There are different variations of this hat floating around on several different websites, but this is the first result that popped up so therefore this is the one that I will use for the purposes of this post. This is really one of the strangest contraptions I have seen before, and I pride myself in finding all kinds of strange products online. The theory behind this silicone "hat" is that you strap it to your baby's head and it keeps the water and soap out of their eyes during washing hair. I dont think you could really get a kid to wear it if you wanted to use it, a lot of babies hate stuff of their heads, so I don't see them being okay with it. So, parents would you use this? Have you used this product or something like it?

When I first saw this I thought it was ridiculous. When I was a kid, my mom put a washcloth over my eyes. I don't know about when I was a baby though. This seems like a waste, more than anything else.

They make special pouring things that are supposed to guard babies eyes. Any kid I have ever bathed I used my hand. It wasn't that hard. This is a completely ridiculous waste of a product. But it proves that somebody was like, the world needs this.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It's the American way..if they think they can get money out of it they will make it. It's why Shaq was on energy drinks. Because there are people who were like Oh Shaq is on this, it must be good.. CVs used to carry it. It wasn't good..

No I would see no reason to use it.
