Have a lot of shows on DVR to watch...

I have a lot of shows recorded on DVR that I have to watch because I was away on vacation last week and also because I didn't get to watch some shows the week before that. This week, being home, I've managed to watch some shows but I still have at least nine hours worth of shows to catch up on. I'd have watched more but hubby was taking over the TV. And there are new episodes being recorded, which means I have even more to catch up on... I hope I get to watch everything soon because I don't want to get even more backed up than I already am. Good thing for DVR or I'd have missed a lot, which would suck... Do you record shows on DVR?

No we don't. We use TV plus. But that's a good idea

@lovebuglena it's a black box where you can watch different channels for free

That's really a good idea. I've never recorded it. I basically don't watch TV now, and I often watch movies or TV series directly on the Internet.

I know some channels gives us the chance to watch their shows on their website. I've done that before with some. But I prefer DVR. Watching them live is even better. But with DVR can fast forward through commercials, which I love. So I prefer DVR. Often enough I may watch a show on DVR as it is recording.

Any particular reason you don't watch TV nowadays?

Almost everything I watch is recorded. I view little live.

I love DVR because you can fast forward through the commercials. Sometimes I forget I can do that though and end up watching them anyway.
