Hello everyone.
Yes, the question is can you dance?
I sure can, but there is a but.
My daughter informed me that they will have a performance task in Health and Physical Education. This is to dance a wellness dance.
We saw the video. The music is upbeat, nice. The dance move looks easy, good. Now, we tried to practice it.
Oh boy, that is not easy. And now I am sweating but cannot perfect the dance move. And my daughter is good in singing. That means, her dance move is just so-so.
So as @ridingbet mentioned in her post, i will be adding a new title after my name which will be 'dance instructor'
Goodluck to my joints and bones.

I love dancing but my husband only did that in the confines of our home and so never danced with him in public. Now every one does solos and I have done that too. I am told I look good while I dance These days I do not after my accident

As one who has no body coordination at all, one of my biggest dreams is to be a good dancer.

I remember that I join to a dance competition to my old company, and when I watch the steps it seems it's so very easy but when I'm going to dance it, I feel my body isn't moving as expected *I'm not a dancer, in short, haha* After the competition I told to them that "This is my last dance" because I know to myself that I didn't do dancing ever since!
Well I really enjoy the experience that I have on that company :P

@rakski I'm a shy type person so I don't like too much attention or movements, I just tried it once (for an unknown reason maybe because I have high trust to myself that time) but that's fine I enjoy the competition and I met new friends from different department on that company which is awesome!

I love to dance and will dance given the chance. My knees don't allow me to do some moves but I can still "shake it" lol
