Mouth Not Closing After Yawning

What if you cannot close your mouth after having yawned? This is what happened to this girl while she was yawning at school during her classes.
Luckily the doctor helped her without any operation. It seems an easy task for her.
I can't imagine how this is gonna be. I don't even know if on my Island the Doctors can be helpful.
I think I'll think twice before yawning now

I always fear that happening to me coz one side of my jaw locks at times. It hasn't happened in awhile. But still scary!

AHHHH I saw this happened to my friend, he was even driving at the time he yawned while we were stuck in traffic waiting for the traffic light to turn green, and then he was shouting he was hurting and yes, he had a lock jaw. for a few minutes or maybe just two he could not move i and he did try then we heard it went back to its place, he said it was painful...

@Iam_jauntyjen Oh, great that it was stopped because of the stop light, but of course we had to be quick because he is driving that time. gosh he sure tried to return his jaws as quick as he could and said it was painful, like his bones rubbed each other painful.

@BabeSays Poor girl! I knew that this could happen but didn't know how to fix it. Good tip to know. Though still better to see a doctor just in case.
I've never had that before but I have had times where I yawn and it feels like my jaw might lock but never does. Just gets bit achy and tight.

@BabeSays I actually don't yawn with a wide mouth. But it still can give me that feeling as if it's going to lock. But thankfully never does.
I hope it will stop hurting you in the furture.

I feel that sometimes but I can manage to close my mouth but it keeps on locking. Like jaw lock after yawning.

Yeah...This is really strange.But i have seen people who yawn continuously.For this gastric problem may the main reason.
