The Last Hurrah For Summer

Happy Friday Everyone!
Today will be a busy day in my house. We're having a back to school get together because once the kids start school our days to visit are limited to weekends.
So, all the school age grandchildren are coming for lunch (with their moms). They're looking forward to spending the afternoon with their cousins and it should be fun but noisy.
Instead of staying here we're going to Cici's Pizza which the kids love. Have you ever heard of it or eaten there? It's an all you can eat pizza buffet where you pay by the person. Kids get a discount so this works well for us. Plus, they feel grown up being able to pick out whatever kind of pizza they like (by the slice) and don't have to compromise when it comes to toppings.
After lunch they'll all come back here and hopefully it will still be sunny so they can go outside and run off some of that boundless energy.
I'm looking forward to the day.

The sun was shining so when we got back home the kids were able to run around outside and we had coffee and relaxed.

I have been to Cici's in Phoenix. They don't have any in LA. Kids love this place.

I love Cicis, salad, pasta, lots of pizza and even dessert, all for one very reasonable price. How can you go wrong? It isn't the best pizza I have ever had but hey with 6 or 8 choices, I can live with that lol

That sounds like a fun time together.
We don't have a pizza buffet like that here, but it would be wonderful!
Its just another Friday here, our students return to school the day after Labour Day.
Some of the university and college programs start next Monday.

Our schools start early here in Pennsylvania but they also end early too.
We had a great time at the pizza buffet and now everyone has gone home. Ahhh quiet!

I hope you all had a great time at Cici's Pizza. We have a place like it called Pizza Ranch. I've only been there once, as it's not on my diet program. I wasn't on any when I was there. They serve all kinds of different pizza - any topping you could imagine. The kids love it.
Hard to believe the summer is almost over and kids are going back to school soon.

We are down to the last two weeks before school starts, huh.. crazy.
I've heard of it, mostly because of their annoying commercial.. but never had it as we don't have them around.
It is good people can get whatever they want though.
Babysat my niece and two cousins yesterday, the 17th. then my nephew was dropped off for the night so had him and his sister, and we had a nice night painting and watching tv.

Pizza by slice is a good way for kids to have as per their choice.
