Need Extra Microwave Space For Nuking two bowlfuls of food. Here is an effective hack (tip) you can use. If you need to microwave multiple food items but they won’t both fit at the same time because of their width, place one bowl on the left side of the carousel and put a coffee cup on the right side; place the second bowl on top of the coffee cup and both should fit. Now that is some effective dish stacking! Hope it helps..... Info Source- NJ 101.5 Photo-pinterest

This is a good idea, even if pretty "unstable". I see very well the bigger bowl on the mug fall down when the plate turns.

@dgobucks226 Also the material you use in a microwave. Some colors could create problems because they contain metal.

Yes, you would have to be careful in choosing the right coffee cup/mug to balance the large bowl.

I would be afraid that the one on the cup would fall or something. But its a good idea I suppose!

Without the right cup underneath that could happen. But why not be adventurous and see, lol.

Great idea. I have a rack affair which usually fits over a plate and allows me to put a second plate on the rack.

I'm never that impatient. I'd be afraid of something slipping as the carousel turns.
