Amazing way of losing weight in few weeks

We all try to find ways to lose weight and become slim and that too in a short time but as we know losing weight by crash diet or strenuous exercises is too bad for health and may lead to health hazards so keeping this mind we can only try methods which are safe and practical. Recently I met my cousin sister after a few years as she had been working in another part of the country after getting a good job. Her parents also stay with her so she only comes to her hometown during vacations. She was overweight and this time I was surprised to see her look so slim. She looked beautiful after losing weight. I thought she spent a lot of money on gym but she revealed the secret to her model like figure. It is such a simple drink which she takes early morning on a empty stomach and a glassful when going to bed. You must be wondering what is it? It's just a glass of warm water mixed with ingredients like a teaspoonful of ginger, another spoonful of cinnamon with one tablespoon of honey and another spoonful of lemon juice. She took it religiously for some weeks and could see the change. Now she has been taking it for more that for more than six months. I have started taking it too though I am not overweight as she said it does not let fat accumulate in the body. Do you now such simple and tested method? Please share. I hope others can try this too.

I couldn't stomach this drink. In short, I only tried it once and never did it again.

@hereandthere I am taking a big spoonful oh honey and rest powders as per my taste. Let's see. I am not overweight but I want to get rid of excess fat deposit if any I have. What I wrote here is as per my cousin's view. You may take as you deem fit.

when does she drink this - morning, noon or night? before, during or after meals? you mentioned in your comment she also changed her diet. did she or did she not do any exercise/physical activity?

Early morning on empty stomach then before going to bed. Means two times in a day.

My mom is doing that early morning water therapy and its effective. Im still trying that up to this time but my problem is I can't finish 1 glass of water in morning.

Oh is it? I use to have problems drinking at a time but with time I got used to it. You may improve on it gradually.

What food did she eat? I mean did she only use that mixture for about six months?

She ate a balanced diet, less oily and less spicy. She ate more veggies and protein and less carbohydrate. Besides those she ate the mixture.

yes it help in lossing weight but not the magic transformation as you said, for that control diet and exercise is necessary

That's true. Balancing diet and exercises is a must. I never said it's a magic potion. It can be taken side by side. That's what my cousin experienced. It may not be true for all as there are may factors associated with weight gain and not all have the same kind of metabolism rate.

Before reading this, I know that lemon in warm water and honey burns down fat. Perhaps your cousin do exercise as well. So it makes an effective combo.

Wow, that's awesome. I want to try this too. As for me, I take warm lemon water every morning and a glass of water with 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. I also drink a cup of decaffeinated drink from Healthy Options.
