Its just about six am here. My head hurts and I'm stuffed up but I don't feel as bad as I did yesterday. So hopefully the extra sleep helped me. I'm going to probably stay in bed for a little bit longer. Since I don't have to go to work till 115, theres no reason for me to be up and around yet. Im making a roast/beef stew in the crock pot today. I use pretty much the same ingredients in both. So it just depends how the meat breaks down. I'm not chunking it up this time. I'll probably get a loaf of French bread to go with it for tonight and then whatever is left I'll freeze. I hope everyone has a good morning.

I awoke at 6:00 this morning, too. Normally, I would go back to sleep but I'm going out of town for the weekend, so want to get a few things done before I leave.
