A Dream Explained

I found my old dream journal last night and was reading through the entries. My dream observer was back in one dream and explained what it meant.
In my dream, I took care of children in my house. I tried to register one for Kindergarten. They said she was not eligible because I don't pay school taxes.
The observer told me that children mean change, the park is a sign of stagnation, and not paying taxes means unimportance. The dream meant I have to do new things, and I need to move. I am still here because moving requires money.
What kind of weirdness do you dream about? Does anyone ever explain them?

For some reason I was always dreaming about some of the homes I lived in in IL when I was a teenager and early 20s. Even looked up the value and cost of Utilities etc once to compare it to where I live now. Funny thing is I come from a very abusive childhood. When I went back to IL 5-6 yrs ago and had my husband take me by these homes I used to live in the Dreams stopped and of less importance now.

I used to have a recurring dream where the car I was driving was going backwards and I couldn't stop it. I always thought it meant I didn't feel in control of my life but that was just my opinion.

just few days ago.It was actually pretty weird. I dream of a nun wearing grey habit. Her facial features are very clear as if I have met her somewhere but I have never met her before.

Wow, that is eerie. I have met people before and knew them. My husband and I talked to a couple at a campsite. We talked most of the night. They were gone in the morning. People asked who our visitors were and we had to confess that we never asked them their names.

@akalinus Her habit is common among Catholic nuns here in Korea. I just do not know what congregation they belong to. In my dream, I saw a queue of people so I followed them,I also stood in line. When it was my turn she asked me ,what her name was but unfortunately I gave two wrong names. Finally, she told me that her is Shirley. Those people who came before me were seemed possessed or something. Then I woke up. I do not know but felt relieved that I was woke up. super eerie @akalinus

@Iam_jauntyjen Wow, did you go to a school where nuns taught? I am wondering why you are dreaming of nuns and why she would ask what her name was.

I don't give any significance to my dreams. Most of the time, by the time I wake up, I have forgotten most of them.

Dreams have always haunted people, always looking for a meaning. Most people don`t ever remember dreaming. I dream all night long and from one into another and another, some mornings I wake and run threw them but they are all strange and filled with people I don`t even know.
By listening to a medium, I have said as I get into bed " Not tonight, I can`t help you I need sleep" and I sleep sound. This medium says people who dream and they are vivid have abilities but do not know it.
I would never move because someone told me to. You can get out of the rut by just going and doing. Don`t allow people to control you like that.

Was the medium in your dream or someone you consulted in real life? And how do you discover what abilities you have if you don't know about them?
This dream was ten years ago. It was just before I got on the internet. It was before I volunteered at the thrift shop where I worked for two years. Now, my health problems are the controlling factors in my life. I still get the dream observer from time to time.
