I'm Making Potato Salad and Dreaming of Ice Cream

I was getting hungry so I am making potato salad in my instant pot. I threw in some carrots among the eggs on top. But I suddenly am thinking of ice cream. I know ice cream won't happen today but I was thinking of my favorite kinds. I like cookies-n-cream, rum raisin, and eggnog. The holidays are fast approaching so I hope to have at least one of these. Do you like potato salad. What is your favorite kind of ice cream?

I cook the eggs and potatoes. mix them together with mayo and onions and pickle pieces if I have any. You can pretty much do what you like.

@MACQUUNE It is mayonnaise. It is an egg-based product that people often use to bind salad fixings like tuna or egg or use it as a spread on a sandwich.

I need to get one of those instant pot things as everyone seems to be raving about it! I like potato salad and just might make it this weekend. We bought an ice cream maker a couple weeks ago but still have not used it. I'm a plain vanilla fan!

It is quick and easy to make things using the pot. The potatoes and eggs cooked in four minutes after the temperature rose to the right level.

I'm not supposed to eat potatoes but I do eat a little potato salad once in awhile. In fact I had some today but only a little bit. I like butter scotch ice cream best but in a pinch any will do.
