Garlic is so medicinal and more so when eaten raw.Do you cook with garlic or you just chew it raw, well whichever you take in your garlic is still fine.
Garlic as been known to lower high BP, fight heart diseases and heart attack, deal with common cold etc.
Have you been using garlic or you intend to start consuming it.

It is a delicious ingredient for most dishes and no doubt has powerful healing properties. But I read in Ayurveda that consuming it on a regular basis is a different matter. It is considered a negative life force food meaning it takes away prana(life force) from our system.

Since my husband was diagnosed with hypertension last month, he has been eating garlic-soaked in the honey-as side dish. I cannot eat raw garlic because of my hyperacidity. I love eating roasted garlic though :)
