Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is gray and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore with a current temperature of 75 degrees F. Those thunderstorms last night really cooled things off which is nice. 
We don't have any big plans for the day. The gym is closed today so no workout for me. My husband asked me to make him chocolate ice cream so I'll probably do that at some point today. We might go out for lunch. That's about it.
What's everyone else up to today?

Pff.. wish we had a bit of rain. It's so hot today.. as every day.
Maybe later today it will be cooler and I'll go for a ride. I miss riding my bike...
Mmm.. now I want some ice cream 
How do you make it? just whipped cream and chocolate?

Wow... that's so much stuff 
I like it simple....
i use chickpeas water for the whipped cream. add maybe a spoon of sugar, some vanilla, adding melted chocolate, putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours and WALLA. Taste better than store bought.
You could even say it's a "healthy" ice cream!

Nothing much going on here today. Having car troubles so we're without a car until we can get it to the mechanic hopefully tomorrow.

It's now 9:35 in the evening here at my end-Korea. We had a good day. We went to the church,afterwards,we headed to the indoor playground and ended our day with a hearty meal-Gamyatang. Spicy braised beef.

I dated a guy from the Jersey Shore while in college, I enjoyed seeing the Jersey Shore for the first time and last time in the 1960's... Where I live in Canada it has been miserable hot too but thankfully it has cooled off.
