Back from the gym

On this lovely Monday afternoon, it was another day to go to the gym and work out in Pilates. We had a decent-sized class and Michelle returned a bit earlier than expected in class. So I was glad to see her, fill her in on the latest since I last saw her, and have a ride home from her too. I did tell her I'm waiting for my new swim instructor to call--she said Omar (not Omai) is a nice guy. I hope she's right.
We used the Pilates ring for the prop today to do the same routine as last week on the mat. Here's what we did in class:
40 Ring Crunches and 10 Ring Twists (5x/side)
5 Bridge Poses and 1 Sphinx Pose
10 Crunches (5x/side) and 2 Body Rolls
4 Windshield Wiper Stretches (2x/side)
10 Double Leg Raises (5x/side) and 2 Spinal Twists (1x/side)

Sounds like a lot. Once I get either my laptop fixed or a new one I am going to look up some workout stuff on YouTube been hearing about some good stuff on there
