Ray Barber who is the Fire Chief of Red Bluff California is being thanked by Jeff Grants who has a home in the area that is in the area of the fire area. Ray went to the home of Jeff to water his plants and flowers for a couple of days as a goodwill act of kindness. Ray left a note in the house of Jeff to tell him that he watered his garden as an act of kindness. Ray hopes that the fire will not consume the home of Jeff Grants. Despite the long hours that the California firefighters work battling the fires in the area, they are doing their part of lending a hand during their hours of work without expecting a reward for their work.
