How do you cope up with failure? / myLot

They say 'Failure is stepping stone to success'. But I find it very difficult to cope up with failures. I am not a very sporting person and failures drain me out of motivation. How do you cope with with failures?

I mostly don´t grade my experiences. So, they are neither failures or successes.
