I have a pretty bad headache and today just hasn't gone the way that I have wanted it to. So I'm doing a pretty easy night tonight. Totchos, which are nachos made with tater tots instead of chips. I'm making chipotle chicken totchos. I'm probably going to be pretty absent tonight. It's just one of those days..

I've done something similar with fries, but I'll bet it's even better with tots. They can get really crispy. I'm so sorry today wasn't a good day.

Im still in a funk. I really hope that phone call comes today . I didn't end up eating much. Too stressed out.
