Protective Eye wear

1. cutting grass and yard work 2. science lab 3. construction work 4. working with chemicals 5. carpentry 6. welding 7. electrical work These are just a few instances where it is known that one should wear protective eye wear. The eyes are delicate and greatly needed, so protecting them should be a priority. I would like to add another important time, where one should wear protective eye coverings- when you are babysitting a grandbaby who insists on throwing a fit when he doesn't get his way. I learned this the hard way. My 15 month old grandson threw a major fit when I told him "no-no" and poked me in the eye twice. Needless to say, I ended up having to have outpatient surgery and a series of ophthalmologist visits ahead of me. This is one experience I never imagined.

Sounds like that grandchild needs a bit of discipline.

Saw doctor today and it is is healing well. hoping for no permanent damage.
