Please check the following mail to my subordinate who has not submitted her medical certificate after availing sick leave for five days In spite of several requests, you have not submitted the medical certificate to me. Please be informed that this act of disobedience would affect your career growth in future. Let me know if any mistakes

Dear XYZ I had said to you to submit the medical certificate , but till now i had not received the said certificate.This is not good practices as per norm and may affect your carer growth in future. Please submit the certificate by tomorrow or reply the email if you are facing any problem to do that.You should inform to your situation in all conditions. Thanks and regards Manasha
