Yes, the Southern part of Israel got rain yesterday. I went out before I left to go do my thing and stood outside watching the sky to see what it was going to do here in Jerusalem. We did not get rain and as a matter of fact it was a nice day here. I wore my jacket and didn't need it at times but still had. So, today I will see how the weather is again because I am going out to do my thing again.
I hope you all are fine.

It depends on where you go here. I live in Jerusalem and it is very nice this year. Normally it gets hot in August but it hasn't been as hot as it has been. Where did she go and glad he loved it. Will she be coming back again or telling others to come?

@Hannihar We got rain, just not enough to make any difference for what we need for crops and landscapes. It's been a dry summer. This week took care of that with the amount of rain we got. We have more on the way in the coming days.

That is the thing DB our summer was not that hot this year. I think He was trying to tell us something by the rain too like you said.

DB you are right. This was not in Jerusalem, but, any part of the country counts for rain to come. We have been in such a drought that we need rain. It is only suppose to rain here in the winter. We do get a first rain during one of our holidays but this year the rain came earlier.

@Hannihar Perhaps a heavenly gift from high above? To provide some temporary relief from those hot dry summers.

It depends on where you are. Tel Aviv is very humid in the summer. Jerusalem is suppose to be dry but has started to get humid. I was in Netanya and it was very beautiful. I cannot tell you about each city and the weather for summer. In winter the Golan gets snow for skiing. In Jerusalem it is cold and winter and we have had snow but not all the time.

Ironic - we are so far away , and yet, it was promised to be rainy here too. Though we actually did get a downpour here
