Hello again to mylotters from all over the world. Right now, we can see the sun bright and shining but 5 minutes ago, it was all dark and gloomy.
The atmosphere outside is very heavy, not recommended to be out there for people who have health problems.
So, that means another boring day inside, lucky we have central air, so I am very grateful for this.
So, the hair cut will have to wait as I am not taking any chance to be out there.
How is your weather? Better than ours I hope.

Terrible weather here as well.
Hopefully this won't last too long.
I have to go down to University Hospital this afternoon for a scope, I'm not looking forward to it as parking there is really spread out, so lots of walking-if memory serves me correct, its been a few years since I've been there.

We had some rain on Tuesday but it did not last long. We had a mini storm with powerful winds on Wednesday and it caused some damage and blackouts. I was waiting at a bus shelter when it came down like crazy and I became worried that the bus shelter was going to come apart. Thursday was a pleasant day and it nice today also.

@marlina It was quite scary and I became concerned. If you looked at the news for Wednesday, I'm sure you saw that it was quite a storm and did a lot of damage in many places.
Cars on Mountain Sights Ave. in Cote-des-Neiges were smashes as trees fell in a short but ferocious storm.

@marlina We did, and probably still do, though some parts of Wisconsin is seeing flooding with all the rain we received. By the way, I was way off in my estimation totals. We got 4.29 inches of rain and other places saw almost 6 inches. We also had two confirmed tornado sightings.

Ah well at least you can look forward to that haircut- it always gives me such a lift--haha! You should treat yourself to a pedicure or manicure too. I don't do it often but this was my birthday month so treated myself and it sure felt great! Btw love the flowers!

@marlina Well it's a good idea to get out if you've been in for long and have a treat to lift your spirits. At least when this heat lessens a bit.

We're having the same stifling heat here and I'm just staying inside and enjoying the a/c. It's just too hot to be out and doing anything.
