So ready for a nap

If i was at home right now and not at work i would be going to lay down for a nap.
I havent been sleeping god between my boyfriend being at the house this week with me and the dogs not knowing where to go since they can't be in the bed with me.
DO you take naps during the day

I usually cant get to sleep without taking medicine. I would love a nap but i can't usually just fall asleep.

I cant ever do it and wish i could. I work full time and then the weekend i have errands to run and things to do around the house.
