Stop Smoking

Until now, I am still trying to stop smoking. I have stopped since the end of November last year and until now I still don't smoke. Good thing considering I smoke since I was a High School. So far since quitting smoking I can exercise better, run longer without feeling tight and of course my facial skin becomes brighter. But sometimes I still want to smoke. That's why at my desk and my pocket there is always gum. I still like to smell tobacco but I don't burn it. Hopefully I can stop smoking forever.

Indeed smoking is detrimental to your health and burning your money, if you want to stop smoking it must be slowly because you may still be addicted to it.

I envy you, my friend. What did you do or what did you take as a substitute while quitting?

I don't know in details how. What I know my mouth doesn't taste so sour. Everytime I want to smoke, I chew mint gum. Really helpful.
