I consume more meat, well, that's because I don't get hungry that fast. Compare if I just eat vegetables and fish, omg, after less than an hour, I'm hungry again!
Though I try to have more intake of these healthy foods but I can't help eating meat. Also meat, tastes better than veggies.
What about you? Do you have the same story as mine?

I agree with you that meat does taste better than veggies, but there are veggie meals that i love! super super love broccoli and cheese, or eggplants with egg. :D

It's always recommended that we should balance our intake from the variety of foods to benefit the necessary nutrients that our body needed. But I guess because of our preferences, it resulted to imbalance. Most of the time we are more adherent to our cravings than the nutritional value of the food.
I do not consume pure meat regularly but it's a combination. I easily get hungry if I do not have rice with my meal. Though in the morning, it's the usual bread and butter and hot beverages.

I can't eat red meat anymore because of my gall bladder issues. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and turkey or fish when I can.

I disagree! Meat is flesh, organs and blood. In short, gross! Vegetables are better.
