How do you manage your anger?

What do you usually do when you think you are on the brink of shouting out at someone or attacking someone physically or verbally just because you are provoked without warning? If someone repeatedly abuses your kindness, like you lend him money and he keeps on promising, can you still manage to say nice words to them? Can you control your emotion?

I usually forget the person and never talk to him about the money that's all

It’s traumatic ti be honest to trust again, once someone betrays it.

@Janet357 but sometime you most show kindness to people who betrayed you in order to teach them how to behave

I just take my focus off of whatever is making me angry. Distract my mind and in a couple of minutes, my anger just vanishes like it wasn't there in the first place.
