Tasting Rolo ice cream / myLot

Rolos are chocolate covered caramels that are a favorite candy of mine. Several years ago, McDonald’s had Rolo McFlurries which were delicious. I did not get Dreyer’s Rolo ice cream at the 99 Cents Store but on sale at Smart N Final. Never knew of it but had to try it. The carton does not say “new” but new to me. Not a disappointment. Smooth vanilla light ice cream with caramel swirls and generous amount of mini Rolo candies. This is like two taste treats in one. Rolo ice cream is a winner on a summer night.

Oh yes, I've had that kind, YUM! I'm shopping today and I'll get some ice cream. Not sure what kind yet. I couldn't get on the store site to get my special deals and I have a lot to buy today, so I'll get whatever might be cheaper today. But I'll definitely have the Rolo again sometime. Enjoy the rest of it! Or did you eat all of it, lol?

Although I do love just a plain Rolo, I have no desire to try it in an ice cream. I don't like to tamper with perfection.

Now I'm craving a Rolos. They are so good. I haven't seen them in the stores I've been to lately so need to see who has them.

You are right..I loved the Rolo McFlurries McD's had. They should bring those back. I bet the Rolo ice cream is good, I have some now that has crushed up Almond Joys in, and they are really good as well.

I would like to try that. I never heard of the ice cream. I do like Rolos but never thought about them being put into ice cream. Sounds good.

Sounds soooo good. I love chocolate and caramel, as well as chocolate and peanut butter. Unfortunately digestive issues force me to stay away from all that.
