Did you know how many old wives tales there are about what aids fertility? There are LOADS I was so surprised. My favourite is the idea that consuming honey and cinnamon helps. I love honey and cinnamon at the best of times so this would certainly be something I would follow religiously! The other idea that I love, is that pregnancy happens when you stop worrying as a result of decreased stress levels. So if you’re trying to get pregnant, have a hot honey and cinnamon drink and chill :)

I have heard that too - I have a friend, and when she quit her job - she got pregnant soon after, she figured that the lesser stress helped with that. I don't have any tips to share, but then, I don't want kids.

@fayehazel Yes I think there is definitely something to be said for staying as stress free as possible. Everything is better with less stress!

The ancient Roman linked the full Moon to the most fertile time and ancient African tribes think that rubbing "fertility statues" help to get pregnant. As I did not want kids, I stayed away.

In my place there are so many things like eating oyster and sea urchin, coconut juice and meat, drinking ginseng and there are places people would go for fertility.
