Amazon Is Good On Returns

I love shopping on Amazon and I think I've only returned one item in all the time I've been shopping with them.
We got an air fryer a few months ago and we love it. Little by little we've been experimenting with different things and since we use it way more often then I thought we would, I decided to buy some accessories for it.
I was all excited when my box came the other day but to my dismay the items were too small for the air fryer we have. So now I have to return it.
All I had to do was print out a return shipping label and tomorrow I'll drop it off at a local UPS. No hassle and easy peasy.
It's nice when a company has good return policies.
Do you return items or do you keep them and forget about it?

I would never attempt to buy clothes, shoes or anything I need to feel, see if try on from Amazon but they fit my needs for so many other things.

If I cannot use items I return them. Good to know Amazon keeps it simple. I don't shop Amazon a lot only because I find that prices are actually better elsewhere almost 90% of the time. But when I do, it is good to know if I do need to return something, it will be virtually hassle free.

@andriaperry Not online. Bricks and mortar. I almost ALWAYS find cheaper than Amazon. Amazon is about convenience. Not about better prices.

No, I tend to return them..Amazon does make returns easy. Some things I bought I have not been happy with. I should have returned the towels I bought a few months ago but I kept those.

I do agree with you that Amazon has great service. I have yet to return any item to them, but my husband has to return an item and similar to your experience, he has no issues with the process. As a matter of fact, he has not even initiated the return when he got an email notification from Amazon that the replacement has been shipped minutes after he spoke to a customer service representative.

We did return one item to Amazon. It was a water pitcher that ended up being smaller than we thought it would be.

I wanted my accessories but was disappointed they were too small. Now I have to look for more but at least I didn't waste the money and keep the set that doesn't work.

I have done one return in many years of ordering from Amazon and it was fast and I got my money back fast and used it to buy something different I wanted. I bought sso many reference books from Amazon, I like getting new ones if possible.

Amazon is very good about returns and Saks Fifth Avenue, my favorite store, offers free shipping and free return labels. However, I only order familiar cosmetics and bedding from one company online. I prefer to feel the fabrics, look at the products, and examine quality. I return anything that is not right for me.

I like Amazon. Last month I had to return one pack of kinetic clay that I bought to gift it to my niece. The pack was damaged, so I had to return it. They were quick to pick up and return the money. They had no other piece to replace.
