Have you ever 'liked' a discussion without responding to it?

I usually hit like only when I'm responding to a discussion. I don't remember liking a discussion but not replying to it. Maybe I should do this as there are some interesting discussions which I don't have anything to reply with. Have you ever liked a discussion which you do not reply to?

Yes, I have done that many a times! When ever I like a discussion , response or comment and I don't have anything to say I just like it and leave it like that, without leaving any comment!

Yes, sometimes I just read the discussion and can't respond so not to waste my "read" I like it so that the person will earn.

Yes I have. Even if I have nothing to contribute to the discussion, I can still, out of courtesy, let the author know I at least read it.

When I read a discussion I should like it even if I don't want to reply.

I do from time to time. Sometimes I want to support the writer but I don't want to get embroiled in a big discussion about the particular subject.

It's a quick way of saying you've read it and found it interesting.
