I'm so frustrated earlier.
Our Internet connection is very slow at the moment.
It was started early this morning. I wanted to call my service provider then my youngest Brother told me that all PLDT subscribers are having the same issue with Fiber. Oh, I think I hate this Fiber thing already. This causes much of problems recently.
I don't know until when it will be okay. I badly need a fast Internet connection at the moment.
Do you have issue's with your Internet connection as well?
For my Kababayan?

I have PLDT (copper) on my house and every after an hour the internet went off and usually it takes 10-15 minutes until my internet restored. I'm not quite sure until when we will encounter the issue since they can't fix the issue nowadays because they don't have enough manpower

Same here, whenever there is an issue with Fiber connection the same thing will happen to ours.

You may want to ask the provider regarding this issue. It's one way of letting them know that you're experiencing a problem.

I was about to call their customer service when my Brother told me that our neighbor's Internet cafe is also experiencing the same thing as well as the others so that means it's placed issue. Then I saw a noticed later right after the connection back that they will cut the Internet connection for the meantime because the Fiber line from Bukidnon was broken, again.

@JustBhem oh! That's bad news. PLDT shouldn't charge you for the days their system went down.

My internet’s just fine, Bhem. But I have this thought of switching. I have heard Converge is the fastest internet provider today.

I have Pldt's fibre optic subscription too but nope I'm not having any problem. At the moment hubby is watching Netflix on tv, son is watching his anime on his phone, and I'm mylotting and will be watching Netflix in my computer soon too. No issue.

Right now, we are having problem with TV signal during to rains. I am not much affected by TV problem but other members in family have affected greatly
