I am worried because tomorrow a stranger will come. We rented a room in our house. It's not easy to live with strangers. The decision was hard to take. We had 2 options. And we don't know if we made the right choice. It's a lottery. Could you live with strangers?

@dya80dya It could be. An option is to ask for a police clearance. I know a landlord does this in my city.

I hope they will be very nice, respectful, and safe and also pay the money they owe you. Yes I could, but only if necessary. I read below that he is 14 yrs old. How will he be able to contribute with no money?

I think that it maybe awkward for a few days or week probably, but you will get used to it. Just hope that you got a good and quiet neighbor so that you will not be troubled with your situation.
