And just recently in Asian Games, Philippines got 4 gold medals only, all of them are girls. Maybe girls are really efficient than boys.

@sw8sincere I do agree on that. Regardless, there are some countries who are not open to gender equality. I had seen this situation in a Muslim country once. It was really a difficult situation for women to voice out their rights towards men.

To be honest I don´t really know why they do that.
For me all of us girls are strong very strong even if we are not athletes or something like that.

First woman I thought of was "Catwoman", Halle Berry.
She was the first one that came to mind and I know there are quite a few others but I was just remembering her first and strong and powerful.

If you're watching American movies, they usually show strong women in them to help fight the female stereotype that prevails in most countries in the world. Americans want their women to know they are as strong as any man and can do any thing a man can do.
It helps them with their self-image.
