Place is going to fall apart for the week

I put in my vacation time and go if away. You could see the manager was stressing out. Well if he hired competent people. The older lady keeps causing issues with customers and now not doing tasks (these tasks are very minor). The younger girl doesn't lift a finger and to her me taking a week off is unfair so she refuses to take shifts for him not as if she does anything while at work. I'm sorry but that should be the clue to fire both of them. I told him I can work before and after the week holidays which he's done prior. But why should he have to work 20 hour work days because I go away a week. I walked in today and the younger girl went on and on how unfair it is. I looked at her it's unfair for me to take a week or two entitled weeks holidays yet you took a month off of the week your entitled, called in sick over 3 months thus far and can't even show up. She starts crying... I almost started laughing while watching her fake little act. I don't know Why he keeps this girl around. Besides the fact shes fake and puts on a show. I saw him come in last week and she did a whole twist of fake hi how are you haha giggle where do you want this. I'm sure when I leave he will snap. I do all the tasks and hold it organized. He just has to do basic paperwork things vs physical tasks. I made sure he saw me making my list of items to pack.
