@amitkokiladitya No I do not do that I am always up at the usual time which is pretty early - sometimes it is even 4 in the morning but I sleep early

Happy Sunday to you. Glad to know that you are feeling so relaxed today. As for me, I am not feeling well. Maybe because I didn't sleep well last night. There were so many things running through my mind --- how to make more money online, how to cope up with stress, how to stop the anxiety/panic attacks I have been experiencing lately, where to go on my next vacation, etc.
