@tom_view Pretty good. I relaxed and went for a movie in the theater. Now we have Bharat bandh so a holiday today.

wow that is good for u im also getting heavier and very disappointed trying to be fit yes im going also to gym hopefully i can find a gym buddy to have more motivation

Might also be good to know some details---what do you do most days, how many hours you spend at the gym, about how many calories do you eat every day
Calories-per-Day - the main way I keep weight off---mostly just 'not ADDING so much'
But yeah, exercise is good too---What's your favorite exercise at the gym? I haven't been to a gym in a little while ... my favorite was the 'bike-machine' (a.k.a. the 'stationary bike' ... you know---you get on there and pedal while you watch TV )
Calories Per Day ... How many do you aim to eat? What percentages of what kinds of calories? / myLot
I eat about twice a day. And when I'm looking in the refrigerator I always 'remember that I forgot' the numbers I look-up at the...
