Grocery shopping tomorrow

I haven't done much of any shopping in weeks. If stop in and get 50% off items.
I need to do a big overhaul. So ism hitting up Wal-Mart and 2 local grocery store. I need nuts and baking items from Wal-Mart.
Whereas I get the 50% veggies, meat and frozen items at the other stores.
Ism hoping the audits and mystery shops are still available by the time I go.

I probably will do some shopping tomorrow, too, as I have an ultrasound appointment in the afternoon, and the clinic is near No Frills. But my friend wants to take me away to Hamilton for a couple days to help her help her daughter to move. (No, that wasn't a stutter.)
