Well, another cop shoots another unarmed black man in his own home. I tell you this woman sits there and says I thought that it was my apartment and that he was an intruder. Okay this guy is looking at you like you are crazy and trying to figure out why you are in his apartment. Your first instinct is to shoot him and then go into the hallway and wait about 6 minutes before even calling for help or whatever they say you were doing. I am sorry and I don't care who gets mad but they need to throw the book at her and quick. I hope the prosecution can stiffing her sentence. You have no explanation for what you have done and instead of using your gun you could have used your taser or leave and re-think what you were doing in the first place. Instead, she shot him in the dark for one and shot him twice. I mean I hope that she was drunk or something because there is no other way to explain this right now and she is totally in the wrong. Now a mother lost her son over something that could have been avoided. So sad and I am so sorry for this family and what they have to go through and all the mother wants to know is why and honestly she may never get an answer. May you rest in peace Sir and I must say God has gained another angel in Heaven. On a side note it really isn't a race thing right now because if it was another man or woman of another race I would be saying the same stuff. The lights were out it was like 12 or 1 am and she entered in the apartment that was not her. Riddle me this... What if he shot her cause he thought she was breaking into his home? They would throw the book at him in my opinion.
