This is a tragedy which occurred today in my state. The bus was overcrowded and driver lost control at a curve. The driver was supposedly working a second shift without a break. He too lost his life.
It seems that the bus inspection was also not done properly.
So many loopholes can be found in the system, sadly it came to light after this traffic accident.
A meeting was held recently by the ruling party in the capital city which costed more than 1000crores, but a road which could have costed 10crores wasn't built at the place where accident took place.
I hope they rest in peace
Edited....
The death count raised to 57.

That is awful, it happens to us in Canada too, but thankfully not too often. Driving in our country on our major highways is always scary, you never know what the driver next to or in front or back of you if he's or her's is awake, not drunk, and not talking on the phone.

this is worse. a jeepney also fell into a cliff killing 13 senior citizens who have just taken their pension from the government agency.
