What a beautiful morning! The sounds of the singing and chirping of so many birds have just woke me up. Truly birds are among the number one singers of Nature. It's really nice and a wonderful feelings to hear Nature's Symphony in our fast pace life: to pause and listen and to reflect that we human beings is part of Nature and will always be a part of Nature. Have you woke up before with the singing and chirping of birds? Picture credit: aljumuah.com

In the spring here, the birds wake us up when it is still dark outside in the early morning hours. They are quite loud too.

I used to wake up that way in Templeton, but here I use white noise to keep from being waked up by my neighbors' loud engines as they leave for work at all hours. I get my nature and birdsong when I go for walks.

What kinds of birds are most common in Hong Kong? I remember robins, sparrows and even cardinals from inner-city Chicago.

I do that every morning. They are everywhere. The only song I cringe at is the caw of the crow.
