Have you ever been to this store, Trader Joes? I am not sure exactly where they have stores outside of the US, perhaps part of Europe. (?) I have been meaning to check them out for a while now and just did for the first time yesterday while I was on my shopping excursions. The locations are not super close to home so I dont think I will be going often. But boy did I have fun in that store. I have heard that the two brothers who created Aldi branched out and one continued with Aldi, the other with Trader Joe's. The impression I get is Trader Joe's is a slightly more upscale version of Aldi, they have a lot of health foods, vegetarian and vegan foods, a lot of their own brands. It is a small store. They also had a variety of organic soaps and beauty products. And mostly everything was at a good price. I meant to take a picture of my haul but did not. Here are a couple of the deals I got: -4 bags of spinach at 1.99 each (not bad though at aldi I pay 1.49) -1 bag of aruguala 1.99 -cauliflower "rice" (frozen) 1.99 -bag of frozen edamame 1.99 -packet of meat-free "italian sausage" 2.99 I found some other items I cant think of now. But while it wasnt as cheap as Aldi, it had some great and unique healthy things. Also a great place for vegetarian fare. Have you ever been to Trader Joes? What is your opinion?

Trader Joes sounds like a store I would love. Of course there are similar type stores here in the Caribbean.

I've never heard of one in our country, only from US members on the site here. So I believe that its only in your country.

There isn't one too close to us. I think the closest is about 60 mile away so 120 round trip isn't worth it. Maybe if they come a bit closer we will check it out.

I love TJ for their olive oil and canned cat food. They have great fresh ravioli, cheese, and other stuff too. The olive oil and cat food are must-haves for me though.
