Does your digital life have side effect?
• Green Bay, Wisconsin
If it means you're always glued to your smartphone, computer, TV, or anything else that's digital, it's a good thing you aren't. I admit I spend a lot of time on my computer. The side effect for me would be stiffness when I get up from my chair.
I would have to think that digital side effects would be eye strain, possibly headaches from using the computer, even carpel tunnel, which is from keyboarding and using a mouse. I do have an issue with my arm from keyboarding-a repetitive injury. I do find that too much computer use gives me a headache since my concussion, but I think that I am still healing. So I just use it less-simple!
@amadeo Its hard to stop, I get up and am going 100 mph as soon as my feet hit the floor. But.....this weekend we are getting away for 1 night. Stepping back in time, to a place not too far from here, where they still use horse and buggies. We'll drive, and use our SUV, but it will be a much slower pace. So I'll slow down for a bit.
