Some of my country people have already posted about the typhoon that has already entered our country today. Though our place isn't directly hit by the typhoon, we are currently experiencing a cloudy day and a little bit of wind.
The day seems quite fine, if you ask me, but I know it isn't in some parts of this country. And I pray that the places in the northern part of the Philippines will be spared from any damage that this typhoon will cause.
Please pray for my country.

My city for one is spared. No strong wind nor heavy rains. I heard last night Ilocos region seems to be in a lot of danger. That's the place of Ingrid.

I'm hoping that hurricane/typhoon season doesn't hurt many more people this year. There have been some very big ones. Hurricane Florence is pushing warm weather our way and today is beautiful. At the same time, I worry about my sister who lives in the United States right close to that monster.

@toniganzon rain is falling but not that heavy with slight winds. Power was cut off a while ago but was restored back again. Hoping this will stay on forbthe rest of the day.

@toniganzon , I can understand you not watching the news, it is very upsetting footage. So sorry for those who went through the Super Typhoon. Good you and your family were safe from it.

Glad your area is fine just the cloudy day and some wind. I hope the other areas of your country will be alright. Same with the Hurricane Florence, it's heading toward my parents in law. Not directly in the eye (thankfully) but in the same state with winds/rain.

Only in the morning but the rest of the afternoon was warm and sunny. It was sunny on Sunday. We didn't experience the typhoon at all.

It can't be avoided, the people on the affected areas would have no choice but to reluctantly leave their homes if they want to live.

Oh don't worry, we didn't even experience the harshness of the typhoon at all. These days it's just extremely hot.

Yeah my friend from France actually told me there were deaths. He knew I wouldn't dare read the news.
The typhoon hasn't affected the city I live in and the whole province. Yesterday I got to talk to a farmer and asked how it was in their place, and she said no typhoon. Which is a relief.
