Anyone else having trouble with Swagbucks Shop and Earn?

Maybe I am not doing it the right way but for a while now every time I make a purchase online via Swagbucks I never get credited for it and I have to contact support to get my SB. And I have to wait 32 days from the purchase date to do it. Not only do I have to count out 32 days to find out when to contact support but I also have to remember to actually contact them without letting a lot of time pass by once the 32 days are up.That is frustrating and very annoying. There were times where I was credited automatically, but those instances were few. Anyone experience this? And how do you resolve this issue?

I haven't but swagbucks is a pretty stingy company overall. They have unfair policies as well. I mean there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason about which shopping gets credited and which doesn't. I did that Gillette offer and I never got the SB. No reason to wait on it. I returned them when I didn't get the credit. One survey that had delayed crediting I got and Hulu I got..but Swagbucks is a pain, and not very generous.

I've never had an issue with Swagbucks.

I purchased some stuff on Amazon but did not get credited. Not all things sold on Amazon are eligible to earn SB. I wonder why that is. I thought one of the items was surely eligible and wanted to inquire about it but then forgot. It's been a long time since I made that purchase so not sure contacting them about it now will result in anything.

@lovebuglena Also Amazon doesn't always have SB credit. You need to watch for it. With Christmas coming, you should start seeing some SB credit on Amazon. Probably around Black Friday.

When you are on a site, you need to activate the SB for the purchase, then it will be credited to you. It does take 32 days for the credit, that's usual.

@lovebuglena I would guess it is not anything you are doing. I used to do the SwagIQ but they started awarding less and less swagbucks..so I got mad and quit. Then I have noticed the INdy Music associated with swagbucks used to make you watch 9 videos to earn two swagbucks now it is 10...trust me..it's not you.

@snowy22315 I would think that no matter which way I active the shop & earn for a site it should work and I should be credited my SB automatically, even if it may take longer than 32 days. But that is not the case. Maybe next time I make a purchase I will first go to Swagbucks Shop & Earn and activate the site that way and see if it will make a difference.

Usually, I have not had any problems with Swagbucks Shop and Earn but the last two times that I went on vacation, I booked my hotel through boooking.com using Swagbucks Shop and Earn. I had the same problem that you are describing. I eventually got my swagbucks for both vacations but it was a hassle. I just bought something at Amazon and have already been notified that I will be getting swagbucks in a month. I will be able to follow this shop and this redemption.

They used to be alot more dependable, but I have had more problems the last year or 2 than I used to, especially with Amazon orders, which is what i probably do the most of. it's very frustrating and unpredictable.

Amazon is tricky. Seems a lot of categories are not eligible to earn SB.
