What irritates you most?

I don't like to find fault in others, unless he is a very bad person. But I have seen many people who love to find fault in others. These people forget that they may have done the same mistake at some point of their life. This is the thing which irritates me the most. What character of person you hate most?

I have never hated anyone for his character.. I think everyone has a reson for what he is on.. maybe he has been through something in his childhood that made him be like that... you can say I always try to fine excuses for people. I can hate only if someone hurt someone else on purpose.
