Do you ever cook soybean?

Hello my friends. First of all I want to say sorry for being inactive here for a pretty long time. Second, I have a question for you: do you ever cook soybean? If you do, then how you do it? The reason I prefer soy is because it has the highest amount of protein as far as I know. Do you personally like soy? Do you ever cook it? Do you ever consume it?

Yes I do it and it is a part of my regular diet. I also use soy chunks. Soyabeans are the best source of protein for vegetarians.

They are the best protein source even for non-vegetarians. I mean it has more protein that any kind of meat does. And soy protein is EVERYWHERE. Most products out there have some soy protein.

I hate soybean. My Mom, and brothers love it though. It can be cooked as a curry, with pulao (rice) and added in different cooked vegetables.

You mean that some people claim that soy is good while others claim that it is bad and you don't know what to believe anymore?

It is good source of protein for vegetarians. My doctor suggested me to have it. It is especially good for women in Peri menopausal age.

I used to years ago. I used to mill wheat kernels and added soybeans to the grinding. I bought bulk organic soy, 25 kg. Amazing what we could do with soy beans.
