Hello everyone. I just wanted to ask anyone where or which desserts can I use or incorporate Greek yogurt? I just mixed the Easiyo Greek yogurt powder and tomorrow, I will have a yogurt but I want to incorporate it also into some desserts. Can you please give me ideas and suggestions? It will be greatly appreciated.

What you are making is "Greek Style Yoghurt". The powder contains extra milk solids besides the necessary bacterial cultures. True Greek yoghurt is strained more than once and has much of the whey removed, making it thicker than normal yoghurt and containing more protein. I use Greek yoghurt in many recipes where cream is specified as a thickening agent, for example in soups or in goulash (a kind of stew with a creamy sauce). You can also serve it with fruit (fresh or cooked) and you can use it in smoothies and other such drinks. There are many recipes online which use Greek yoghourt:
Whether you’re preparing breakfast for two or dinner for twelve, make FAGE Total Plain Greek yogurt the secret ingredient in your next recipe for any occasion.

wow, thank you for the information and some suggestions and the link. I actually never used yogurt in dishes before and this will be a first time. We just eat yogurt as it is but since we do not like eating the Greek yogurt as a yogurt alone, I might as well incorporate it in something delectable.

As @owlwings already explained, Greek yoghurt is thicker because it is strained more than once. I make tzaziki with Greek Yoghurt and I also add to some Indian dishes. You can use in a dessert that asks for soft cheese. I make cheesecake using half soft cheese and half yoghurt and I also make ice cream.

@rakski Homemade frozen yogurt is delicious. Just add sugar and melted chocolate, coffee or smashed fruits if you like.

Maybe if I can see that in our market. We usually have one flavor for Greek yogurt here.
